Everything about our stay was excellent. our room was superb with a fantastic view, the breakfasts were perfect and it was easy to eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening whenever we wished and the evening meals were also high quality in a calm, peaceful restaurant. All of the staff members were impeccably polite, friendly and helpful. My husband enjoyed use of the gym. We enjoyed the fact that the location of the hotel is slightly away from the busy centre of Venice. It was straightforward to get around by Vaporetto with a stop directly in front of the hotel.

The decor is fantastic, the boat jetty immediately outside the hotel is really handy for the airport and ferries around Venice,, the breakfast was superb, the welcome drink was a lovely touch, the bed was really comfy, the windows soundproof well, the bathroom was really modern and luxurious.

The staff exceeded expectations by providing recommendations to restaurants and assisting us greatly with taxis and our luggage. I would definately recommend this hotel.

Beautifully refurbished building, with attention to detail - the same attention to detail with the service, the lady on the reception and the guy who I assume is the bar/ restaurant manager both deserve a mention as they provided an exemplary experience. The room has everything you could need, and was very comfortable. There are frescos on the second and third floor, and a balcony which can be accessed to take in the view. The breakfast had a very good choice. Canareggio is a great area to stay in, lovely walks around the quieter canals, but still within walking distance of train/ bus station and attractions.

Beautiful property with original features the ceilings are just gorgeous, we received a room upgrade which was a lovely touch. Nice variety for breakfast too. We would definitely stay here again

The location is about a 10 min walk from the train station. The is also a water taxi stop right our front. This stop takes you to St. Marks square, but it takes a long time as it stops at all stops along the way. It's hot, and crowded. So if you take it, give yourself some time. Around the corner from the hotel is another stop that takes you close to the Rialto Bridge, but it's a different taxi. Private taxis are very expensive if you would like that route. Hotel itself is fairly new, comfortable, and clean. Rooms are surprisingly big.

I loved the convenience of being around the center of attractions, where the walking distances were close enough to walk to, a truly amazing experience.

First the lovely staff Elena, dyiva , lina , larisa jimmy and Christian.. and the lovely lady from the reception all of them amazing ♥️ The view from my room on the canal was just amazing The room style a new classic with venician touch The bar and the food just perfect The GYM so helpful small but comfortable The location is away from San Marco but full of historical and beautiful places
